Main Achievements of ATCE Board of Directors
1. Deletion of bank accounts confiscation in favor of the Customs Authority.

2. Club exemption from sales tax.

3. Postponing of the payments due for the club social building in Marina during bank accounts confiscation period, for two years, without fines or interests.

4. Obtaining of a govern-mental agreement to take over the engineering works for Marina building free of charge.

5. Arrangements with both Cairo and Alexandria governorates to have parking lots especially allocated for the club in both cities.

6. Preparation and printing of road safety map for Cairo, Alexandria, north Coast , Matrouh Road & Red Sea.

7. Organizing two big Historical Cars shows during April and June 2005 in Down Town and Heliopolis.

8. Excellent progress in social services.

9. Mechanization of restaurant and bar invoices.

10. Permanent maintenance works in the club building in Cairo, and the regular maintenance works, the renovations and the new buildings in Alexandria.

11. Distinguished Cultural Seminars.

12. The entertaining and Gala parties.

13. Ramadan Iftar and Sohour meals in high standard oriental musical

14. New Bar and Restaurant menus with a distinct design.

15. Promotion of social events in the club .

16. Elaboration of the club web site , and activating the usage of the
e-mail to reduce the correspondence costs.

17. The election of the Club Vice Chairman and CEO to the FIA Customs Bureau unanimously , and as an observing member to the FIA Historical Committee.

18. All correspondence with Arab clubs are issued (Arabic/ English) as to always involves the FIA in the matter with these clubs.

19. Elaboration of a new design for the “ Certificate of Location C.O.L” to avoid custom problems between our club and the other Arabian and foreign clubs. the FIA adopted our design for all clubs worldwide.

20. Meetings with the Arab clubs delegates periodically to discuss outstanding issues, in the presence of representatives from the Egyptian Customs Authority who is appreciating the role of our club.

21. Completion of the fire –fighting systems in Cairo and Alexandria.

22. Opening the emergency / runaway passage between the club and the adjacent building after many years of being closed and privately used by the neighboring company.

23. Adding a new electric cable as an additional emergency source to the club from El -Tahrir Sq. main source in addition to the original cable from Tal’at Harb Sq. source.

24. Inaguaration of the club`s branches in Alexandria ( new building & modifications) and Marina at the Northern Coast .

25. The efficiency of ATCE in communication is very well emphasized through its affiliation to the Federation international de Motocyclisme ( FIM ) . This affiliation has been achieved after a severe struggle from ATCE with some unknown bodies seeking the affiliation of FIM through illegal means . Being a part of the FIM family , ATCE is recording a very successful step in its history . Results and sequences of ATCE efforts and role in the field of motocyclisme will be clearly highlighted in the very near future .
